Stayed here as part of a wedding party. I remember the staff being remarkably patient and accommodating, considering our wedding party must have been experienced by them as demanding and irritating at best (too much alcohol). If you're staying in/around the Cotswolds or Westcountry, or looking for a restful break - this is a MUST. Quiet, friendly and absolutely serene. For a romantic getaway the Greenway hits all the right buttons. Gracious reception rooms with beautiful antitques;afternoon tea with all the trimmings. The bedroom was no disappointment. Had my wedding here and have returned many times since. The Von essen group are in my experience quite excellent and this hotel is no exception.
