The Islands of Adventure is a theme park which is for me an absolute must-see. It is full of great rides and attractions which are fun for children and adults of all ages. Staying in the Hard Rock Hotel we my family and I had express passes which meant that we could go on each ride as many times as... more

We took our two pre-teen daughters (11 and 12 y/o) to Islands of Adventure over the New Year's holiday. We used a 7-day unlimited admission pass ($94/person) that got us into both Universal Studios and Islands of adventure. This was FAR and AWAY more inexpensive than the>>$200/person we would have spent for a NON-ParkHopper Disney 3-day pass. We LOVED... more

Islands of Adventure was the second day of our two day trip to Universal in Orlando. We bought the express pass which was absolutely worth the money. The first ride we did was Hulk which was the absolute best in the park. The other rides like Spiderman, the few Jurassic park rides were alot of fun as well. Beware that... more

I love it here that's why we are annual holders and we don't even live in Florida but it pays to but that ticket if your gonna go more than twice. The older kids loves it to nice and extreme rides for them and then they'll get the wrist band for eating so they can eat all day we will... more

Had a really good day out at IoA. Lots of fun rides to go on. I really enjoyed The Hulk, Duelling Dragons and the water lodge ride. Got very wet on that one. I think this park is brilliant for big kids/teenagers as there are quite a few thrill seeker rides. I liked looking around the shops and didn't think... more

I am surprised how the park is a bit rundown and not kept up. Luckily we got free tickets, if I would have paid I would have been REALLY disappointed. This not the best place to bring kids 2-6, there are not a lot of rides for them but there are a lot of play areas. The Dr. Seuss land... more

Not a great as advertised. Long walk from the parking garage which costs $12. Expected more for the expensive tickets. Would not recommend. more

My husband and I both loved Island of Adventure, This park has the main thrill rides, roller coasters etc. At this time of year (September) there are hardly any lines but you do need to get there for 9am when the park opens. Start with the Hulk (roller coaster) then go to Spider Man and then on from there. I... more

Some of the rides were great but other things let the place down. I loved The Hulk, Spiderman, and Jurassic Park River Ride, but I didn't get to go on Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls because we got stuck in the queue while all the fast pass people had their fun and we couldn't stand there any longer, not good.... more

We stayed at the Portofini Hotel during our 7 day vacation. The parks never got old and we always had fun every day! We saw the Blue Man Group and hung out around the pool and Citywalk all night long, and did the parks during the day! I recommend staying on site at a hotel GREATLY. You get your room,... more
